Pyramid Pointe is located at the end of a 100 foot wide island with unobstructed views of miles of undeveloped beach and marsh.
600 square feet of windows and three decks face a two mile long beach uninhabited by all but the natural wildlife.
A 35 foot wide covered porch is only feet from the marsh and creeks winding their way to the Atlantic, where you will see dolphins feeding less than thirty feet from the house.
The beach is accessed by an easy walk or bike ride through a gated community or a quick paddle or boat ride through the creek from our dock. In the summer you will share the beach with perhaps thirty people and the remainder of the year you may well have the entire two mile stretch to yourself.
The four story all cedar home is nestled into the natural environment, overhanging the marsh and virtually surrounded by water. Facing east to the ocean and north to the marsh you can look for miles without seeing another building or neighbor.
Pyramid Pointe is the perfect place for those who are looking to enjoy the natural beauty and wildlife of the coast without the traffic, noise and commercialism of typical resort properties. No one will drive, walk or bicycle past your house. You will not see or hear your neighbors unless you choose to.
Spend the entire day relaxing in the porch swing with a good book and the cool ocean breeze. Or, if you like, kayak the creeks, fish, crab or stroll the beach in search of sharks teeth and shells.
