Publish your rates and availability

	Allow travellers to see your rate(s) and book instantly.

	Update rates manually using our friendly "extranet", or...

	Update rates automatically using your existing software.

	You can keep it simple, maintaining a single rate for all nights, or...

	Establishing different rules and rates depending on the night.

	You are still free to provide personalized offers when travellers enquire.

	Receive periodic emails that help ensure your rates are up-to-date.

	Optionally, you can screen travellers before you accept their booking requests.

	Optionally, you can receive all of your online bookings via your listing: Don't pay commissions on travellers you refer to it. Ever! Learn more.

	Customize your offering based on travellers' needs.

	Offers are not visible to other travellers.

	Safely offer unpublished and opaque rates (as with Priceline or Hotwire).

	Great choice for selling hard-to-book or last-minute availability.

	View the travellers' profile before submitting offers.

	Anyone you authorize can submit offers (learn how).

	No need to keep rates up-to-date if you only use this option.

To set the way in which you want to provide your rates, go to My Listings, and then click on "Availability and Rates".
