St. George is the golf capitol of Utah. It is also located within a few hours driving distance to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort, 13 Golf Courses, and Las Vegas! This Resort is located centrally for your travels to and from various sights to see. It also has 2 beautiful pools, 2 hot tubs, 3 playgrounds, basketball courts, and shuffleboard. We offer nightly, weekly and monthly rentals. Many of our guests come and stay the winter because the climate is so mild they can golf nearly every day.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Full refund when Travel Insurance has been purchased.
All but 100 USD refunded if NO Travel Insurance was purchased and cancellation is made 10 days before arrival.
NO REFUND if cancellation is made less than 10 days before arrival and No travel insurance has been purchased.
Travel Insurance CAN BE purchased up to 14 days before arrival.

$200 USD deposit upon reservation. Balance in full 2 weeks before arrival.

Guest License Agreement
The undersigned guest agrees to the following conditions of occupancy:
1) Guest understands that the rental company is solely acting as the rental agent and does not own the property being rented.
2) Guest understands that they are gaining usage of the property only through a license to use and is not gaining any interest in the property.
3) Guest will not have more than the number of adults and children listed stay in the unit.
4) Guest agrees to not have any loud parties at late hours in the unit or at the community pools.
5) Guest will not hang towels, etc. on the balconies.
6) Guest understands that the management reserves the right to move the guest if necessary repairs (i.e., A/C malfunctions) or other problems arise and cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
7) Guest understand that the management may enter the unit to affect necessary repairs upon notification.
8) Guest agrees to leave the pool key in the unit upon departure or guest will be charged $75 USD for replacement keys.
9) Guest understands that NO PETS ARE ALLOWED without previous approval and deposit of $100 USD.
10) Long term guests (30 days or longer) will be charged for excessive utilities. Utility bills over $85 USD per month will have the overage charged to the guests. Please use the Air Conditioning wisely. Keep thermostats over 72 degrees in the summer and under 82 degrees in the winter.
